Systems Administrator

Game servers, source code repositories, cloud infrastructure, VPN's, grid compilation, CI/CD systems and more (including yes, updates and backups). Join us and help power our teams productivity as we build the games our millions of players love.

A part-time or full-time permanent role, building and maintaining systems that our entire team use to build our games, based in our Christchurch office. Experience with networked applications (such as web development) is particularly useful.

The Role:
This is a part-time or full-time position located in our Christchurch city studio.
We will consider Intermediate and Senior system administrators.

To manage the design, development, configuration, performance and security of company-wide IT systems.

You are:

  • Passionate about quality
  • Experienced with network maintenance and security
  • Experienced with both Windows and Linux system maintenance and configuration

  • Design networks and IT systems
  • Build networks and IT systems
  • Deploy networks and IT systems
  • Plan for and apply updates to IT systems
  • Assess and monitor security of our networks and IT systems
  • Assess and monitor performance of our networks and IT systems
  • Document configuration and usage of our networks and IT systems
  • Champion best practice in our systems
  • Support other members of the technical team
