Bookkeeper

Pay runs, financial reporting, AP/AR reconciliations, and lots of spreadsheets! We're small but selling in dozens of currencies around the globe, and are now looking for more support as we grow.

A part-time permanent role, supporting our team from our Christchurch office.

The Role:
This is a part-time (10-15 hours/week) position located in our Christchurch city studio.
We will consider qualified Junior, Intermediate or Senior bookkeepers.

Duties: To build and maintain company financial records and reports to inform directors and maintain compliance.

You are:

  • Qualified as a bookkeeper
  • Passionate about spreadsheets!
  • Experienced with multi-currency bookkeeping
  • Familiar with accounting software such as Xero

You will:

  • Maintain financial records for the company
  • Generate reports for the CFO
  • Set up AP and AR in Xero
  • Assist with payroll
  • Support other members of the business team

Tech: Excel, Xero, lots of python scripts (don’t worry, you don’t have to build them!)
